About: Krahé Award (Mid Career)
The Barbara Krahé Award is a mid-career award named after Barbara Krahé, past ISRA President (2018-2020) and Associate Editor of Aggressive Behavior. This award recognizes a significant contribution to aggression research within 10-25 years of completing a terminal graduate degree (e.g., PhD) and is awarded at each biennial World Meeting, where the recipient delivers an address.
Nominations for this award are due 1 October on odd-numbered years (e.g., 2025, 2027, 2029). Nominations include a recommendation letter (2 pages max) from an ISRA Fellow who is not an Officer or Council Member, a CV, and links to five publications. Nominations can be sent as a single pdf with these ordered documents to the Executive Secretary (bushman.20@osu.edu). The winner will be selected by the ISRA Council and will be announced in the December ISRA Bulletin.
